Venture Partnership

This proposal is tailor-made for mid-range affluent individuals who are interested in becoming project development partners for a specific project in Dubai. This partnership model offers an option for investors who may not have the entire project development budget available. In this arrangement, referred to as the "venture partnership," Zenith will provide support to the partner in order to secure the remaining funds needed to successfully complete the project. However, the venture partner must contribute a minimum of 20% of the project's development budget, with Zenith covering the remainder through various funding sources.
